Terms of Service

Last updated: June 10, 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of TurboInvo, an invoice management platform that helps businesses create invoices, track payments, manage clients, and run the day-to-day of getting paid. By creating an account or using TurboInvo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

TurboInvo provides tools to create and send invoices and estimates, track payment status and balances, manage client records, monitor inventory, and generate PDFs of business documents. Features may be added, changed, or removed over time as we improve the product.

3. Accounts and access

You are responsible for safeguarding your sign-in credentials and for any activity that takes place under your account. Authentication is provided through a third-party identity provider; you agree to comply with their terms as well as ours. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. Your data

You retain ownership of all customer records, invoices, estimates, inventory data, and other business content you upload or generate through TurboInvo (“Customer Data”). You grant us a limited license to process Customer Data solely to operate, secure, and improve the service for you. We will not sell your Customer Data or use it for advertising.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use TurboInvo to send fraudulent invoices, harass recipients, distribute malware, scrape the platform, attempt to circumvent security measures, or violate any applicable law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.

6. Fees and billing

If your plan includes paid features, fees will be billed in advance on a recurring basis. Charges are non-refundable except where required by law. We may update pricing with advance notice; changes apply at your next renewal.

7. Third-party services

TurboInvo integrates with third-party services for authentication, document rendering, file storage, and similar functions. We are not responsible for the availability or content of those services, and their use is governed by their own terms.

8. Termination

You may stop using TurboInvo and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or for extended inactivity. On termination, you may export your Customer Data for a reasonable period before it is deleted from active systems.

9. Disclaimer

TurboInvo is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular business purpose. TurboInvo is not accounting, tax, or legal advice.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TurboInvo and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data arising from your use of the service.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice. Continued use of TurboInvo after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
